Although it may be a rainy day tomorrow, we’ll all still be at the Market, so stop by to see what our vendors have this week.
We will be inside at the St. James Parish Hall this Friday and each other Friday in April, 3-6 P.M.
Donna will be back this week with an assortment of freshly made bagels as well as brownies, cupcakes and cookies Maybe if we’re lucky she’ll put out some samples!
Running Bear Farm:
This week Cliff and Margarite will have spinach, baby broccoli rabe, baby arugula, salad mix, swiss chard, baby kale, some fresh herbs, dried herbs, chicken wings and legs, duck, turkey, smoked turkey, sauces, stocks, pestos, and sofritos.
Always Somethin’ Farm:
Chris will have goat milk soaps, creams and lotion bars and if you’re running low on garlic, Mike has limited quantities still available.
Phil and Diane will have a limited amount of fresh micro greens as well as basil and thyme. Now is also a great time to talk to Diane about ordering starter plants and setting up your garden!
While Liz is still helping out with lambing season on the farm, her fresh shortbread cookies, lemon and lime curd as well as a variety of jams will be available at the Herb Corner table.
