Last Indoor Market 4/25

Green Green Green   Could it be Spring is here?greens

I have lambs in my fields, Herb Corner’s spinach planted in my garden and peas coming up. Now all we need is SUN. However thanks to our friend with high tunnels we will have fresh greens this week

This week’s features are:

The Herb Corner will have their cold tolerant plants, fresh herbs and bay leaves. Also Spring onions and lettuce.

Running Bear will have pac-choi, tat-soi, kale, cilantro, arugula, broccoli rabe, green onions, spring salad mix, lamb sausages, ground lamb and fresh brown eggs.

green onionsAndy from Spring Meadows Farm will join us with eggs and wild leeks.

There’s a whole host of baked goods throughout the room from Basically Bagels, Glenfiddich Baked Goods, and Yorkshire Meadows.

Yorkshire Meadows will have Jams and Curd, three kinds of scones, shortbread cookies and a couple of desserts. Check out the selection of hand knitted items. They make great Mother’s Day gifts.

Homemade soaps, hand creams, and lotion bars from Always Something Farm always make great gift ideas.

So we’ll all be there INSIDE the Parish Hall at 3pm – 6pm on Friday. Hope to see you then.

Next week join us outside in the ………SUN……. (positive attitude does wonders)!

Thanks so much for supporting the Mansfield Growers Market. Happy Days!!!
